I didn’t know it would be in Pantheon until earlier today myself.
I think Star wanted to draw more attention to the various columnists, so she had Steven Abell’s column in Pantheon today, too.

There are nebulous visiting family social possibilities floating over the weekend in general at the moment, but I can say with fair confidence that I *will be* on Capitol Hill and *could be* free for at least few hours as of 1:30 PM or so on Saturday.

I’ll only be down this week on Thursday, and will be returning Friday morning after I’ve stayed with Erynn in Everett. I’ve got various obligations over the weekend myself, not to mention a huge pile of “stuff that needs to get done”…
Is there any way you can manage to meet us, even briefly, after work on Thursday? I’ll be aiming to get to Capitol Hill around 5:30ish, I’d think. If it doesn’t work out, no worries–I’ll be down for a bit in September before the EBC.
